What you want to know.

93€ per user/month for 1st + 2nd level support - including Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Veeam Backup for M365, Keeper Enterprise and full Intune management. With 3rd level support (server, network, firewall) 130€ per user/month.
Included: Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Veeam backup, Keeper password manager, IT helpdesk, Intune management, M365 administration, onboarding of new employees, monthly reporting. Not included: On-site assignments outside the region, hardware procurement, project work such as migrations, industry software support.
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Outside of these times, you can write a ticket - we will get back to you the next working day. Contractually guaranteed response time: < 8 hours. Individual SLAs with extended availability are possible for critical systems (server, firewall).
Via the ticket system (e-mail is sufficient), by phone or via our Teams channel. You get a dedicated contact person - no call center, no waiting loop. The ticket system logs all inquiries and gives you an overview of open and completed processes at all times.
The package pays off from 10 users. There is no upper limit - we support companies from 10 to 200+ employees.
Recommended: 12-month minimum term. Thereafter can be terminated monthly with 3 months' notice. No gag contracts - we want customers who stay because they are satisfied, not because they have to.
You report the new employee to us. We set up M365, Keeper, Intune and all apps. For Autopilot devices: unpack, switch on, done. In under 24 hours.
Because most employees use the same password several times - often with only minor changes. If a portal is hacked, this data is automatically tried out on thousands of other services (credential stuffing). Keeper generates a unique password for each service and warns you if your data appears in a leak.
Microsoft only keeps deleted data for 30-93 days - that's not a real backup. Veeam backs up all M365 data (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) daily on our own servers in German data centers using the 3-2-1 method. You will receive a monthly report showing that the backup is working.
This is rare - but when it happens, we talk about it openly and look at what went wrong. In the event of repeated SLA violations, credit notes can be contractually agreed. It is in our interest that you are satisfied - not that we hide behind paragraphs.
Yes, you will receive full documentation of all configurations, access data and settings. M365, Intune, Keeper - everything is yours. We hand over cleanly to your next service provider or your internal IT.
Yes - we work remotely throughout Germany. Most of our work is done remotely: M365 administration, Intune, remote support. If necessary, we coordinate on-site assignments with local partners. The location is irrelevant for quality.
