Frequently asked questions about M365 migration

For 50-100 users, allow 4-8 weeks from the start of the project. For larger environments (500+ users) we plan 8-16 weeks. The pure mailbox migration can often take place over a weekend - the preparation is the time-consuming part.

Step-by-step is our standard procedure. We migrate in waves and ensure coexistence - emails arrive, calendars are synchronized, regardless of whether the colleague has already migrated or not.

Everything is migrated: Mailboxes, archives, shared mailboxes, public folders. PST files can be transferred to online archives. Nothing is lost.

As a rule, yes. We advise you on the optimal licensing strategy - Microsoft 365 Business Premium is often the best price-performance ratio for SMEs. For larger organizations, we calculate with E3/E5 licenses and show you which add-on is worthwhile.
